Privacy - we know there will be lots of questions so here are some FAQ’s

The app only shows “Rewards” and the logo shown above on your home screen.
When signing up, we ask your date of birth only for birthday perks listed below. You can leave it out, but can only add it later using ID in venue
Geolocation is used for location based offers and no one can see it, not even us. Example - We may offer free entry to connections when you are in close proximity but this is entirely system generated.
Push notifications are used to send vouchers and offers, so if you can, leave that on. Only shows “Rewards” and the offer.
Your email address is the only field that is validated, so has to work and be real.
If you dont want to list a mobile, just enter in 0000000000, or 9999999999 or similar (we cant turn the field off) WE WILL NEVER SMS YOU!
You can sign up with a fake name if that makes you more comfortable. Surname only has to be a single letter (just note we may start addressing you by that name). Eg Michael D is acceptable
You can delete the app and just have on your Apple Wallet if you wish. It does not say Steam Works, but again you wont get access to some special offers or rewards

If you are not happy to sign up via the app, but still want to join, contact us via the online form and we will discuss options with you. You can still take part, and not have the app, but the app is the key way of getting advised or perks and offers.
